At Short Motivation we’re privileged to be in a position where we are sent and can test a wide selection of shorts designed for various purposes: beach, gym, around town, paddle boarding or running – we have waded through all the short-wearing possibilities. As a result, we believe we’re in a position to recommend shorts based on the occasion, accompanied by the reasons for their selection.

All of them come with a tagline about ‘best one yet, or ‘the only running app you’ll ever need’ and to be quite honest, most are plain average. So it’s with caution that we approach RunGo that promises all of the above and more.

It’s a bold statement to trumpet, but 5K Runner developer, Fitness22, claims that a whopping 4.2 million people have gone from 0 to 5K athlete whilst using this app. Over the course of eight weeks, 5K Runner promises to whip you into shape and turn you into an endurance athlete.
